Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites operated by 99Imperial Games (collectively, the "Sites") and the mobile games we publish on the Google Play Store (collectively, the "Games"). By using the Sites or Games, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age to consent to the processing of personal data in your jurisdiction (13 in most countries; 16 in the EU/UK; see our Privacy Policy for details). If you are below that age, you may use the Games only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Games for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the Games, or any part of the Sites, without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Sites or Games to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Games or related infrastructure; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data; (d) use cheats, mods, or third-party software that confer unfair gameplay advantage.

4. Advertising and in-app purchases

The Games are free to play and supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Some Games may also offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. All payments are handled by Google; we do not store payment card details. Purchases are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy.

5. User content and feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other materials to us, you grant 99Imperial Games a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that material in connection with the Sites and Games, with no obligation to compensate you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Sites and Games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 99Imperial Games disclaims all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 99Imperial Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Sites or Games.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Games at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or to other players. You may stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be at https://games.99imperial.com/terms/. Continued use of the Sites or Games after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
